What is the 30-Day Fruit and Veggie Detoxification?
A detoxification and/or detox is simply the process of removing toxic foods from your diet by consuming nutrient rich foods. During detoxification, the body clears and/or rids itself of poisons from within. The 30-Day Detox is meant to help you initiate a healthier lifestyle; it is a “jumpstart” so to speak.
A detox will clean your body from the inside out and will help to remove the toxins that cause fatigue, skin and hair issues, weight gain and a host of other health problems. It has been reported that it takes 21 days to form a habit; by doing the detox for 30 days...we are ensuring that you seal the deal!
As with any detox whether it is from fatty foods, drugs, and/ or alcohol....there WILL BE side effects and symptoms. Detox symptoms include, but are not limited to: headaches, stomach aches, diarrhea, frequent urination, skin issues (rashes, breakouts, etc), sinus problems, fever, irritability, fatigue, dizziness/light headed, flu/cold symptoms, gas, constipation, vomiting, loose stools, etc. Always remember...you are NOT sick...the body is cleansing itself! Do not take any medications, just PUSH through!!! It will pass, I promise! It might take a few days or even a week depending on how poor your diet was prior to the detox. Continue drinking fluids (water), resting when possible, eating leafy greens and it will pass!!!
